Final day in Kilgetty waiting out the end of Storm Franklin and the yellow wind warning.

We were supposed to move to Bluith Wells today but after Graham the owner of our current campsite Hillcroft, kindly offered to let us stay one more night for free we decided to stay put and then go home rather than finishing our trip in Delamere Forest. It’s probably very muddy with lots of downed trees anyway.

We venture out to the White Horse again and plan to go for a curry at the Seven Spice restaurant. It’s only doing takeaways though so we wander back to the van and order in instead.

It’s raining as we start our journey home. Lots of bursting rivers and flooded fields.

It’s been quite the trip with Dudley, Eunice and Franklin but when we did get out we loved it and plan to come back when the weather’s better.
