Guines

Very lazy last day, well for me anyway. Read, relax, sit in the sun. We are visited by a friendly song thrush on our very large pitch. It doesn’t seem fazed by us at all, just hops around looking for food.

Tony is a bit more active and goes for a walk into Guines, which has seen better days, but obviously proud of it’s history with a huge mural of Kings Henry VIII and Francis meeting.IMG_20190719_203508

Our final BBQ of the holiday when Tony ate the very last of his homemade pickled onions, IMG_20190719_192127-568x1152he’d eeked them out over the month, and you guessed it, a few games of Spot!
