Not quite as lovely today. Overcast and cloudy so we enjoy some down time in the van and butties for lunch.

Late afternoon we are joined by Trish and Bob. We met Trish at North Staffs Poly a lifetime ago. I last saw Trish in 2018 but its been 20+ years since we saw Bob at a wedding in Birmingham remembered fondly by T for a humongous Sambuca hangover.

We enjoy a walk along the Leeds Liverpool canal, catchup on our lockdown stories, holidays and families and friends. A cuppa and a biscuit and chat by the van ends a lovely visit.

A quiet evening in, with leftovers for tea and Bake off, The Write Offs and Gogglebox for entertainment.

It’s morning and raining but luckily it’s only an hour to home to complete a good week away in Yorkshire.

We hit 12,000 miles in the lovely Luci. Definitely one of our best buys!!!
