Pack up the van for the final time for the journey home. It’ll take about 3 hours. It’s sunny of course.
A49, A5, M56, M6, M58 get us there. We pass into and quickly out of Wales near Wrexham.
It’s been wonderful to be away after lockdown. We’ve travelled 480 miles.
The Cotswolds is lovely and the cycling has been much more fun than I expected. Forest of Dean was great for cyclists and walkers alike. Using an e-bike has also transformed our options for getting around. Weather this trip has been OK as we’ve seen more sun than rain.
The threat of Covid 19 is ever present so we gone through a lot of sanitiser. Lots of places still shut so wet weather options still definitely more limited.
Looking forward to our next trip now…..we are thinking France, maybe???
