A slow relaxing day today.

Left Leiden and stopped at Aldi for supplies. Arrived at our new campsite which is just 1 mile outside the centre of Leiden, parked up, had lunch and did some laundry.

Lazed around all afternoon.

BBQ in the evening, drinking the last of the lovely apple gin our friend Jacky made and then we walked into Leiden. Saw a few birds and ducks along the way.

New church tower is amazing with tuneful bells pealing every quarter hour and a huge Market Square. It was very quiet, apart from the bells!

Wandered back stopping at a good pub, with very unusual signs on its toilet doors. Played a bit of ‘spot the difference’ before bed.
