After dropping our friends at St Austell rail station we drove halfway home, stopping on a little site near Malvern which was almost empty and very cheap, but nice enough.
We decided to camp without plugging into the electricity for the first time. Everything worked fine except the TV as we had forgotten an important cable.
There was a very nice pub down the road where we shared a starter of ham hock, then a dragons blood beef pie, both were excellent washed down with a pint. We were entertained by a couple of cute dogs.
Next morning left around 10:30 and home by 1:30 with a short stop for a cuppa.
Another fab trip in Luci. Four of us in the van for a week was a bit of a squeeze but worked well.
We loved Cornwall and only visited a slice of it so we will definitely be back.
