A day of contrast for me and T. After a morning sitting outside with our lovely view of the lake I decide I’m not going to do the planned cycle and hike. The hike bit is only 2.5k but takes two hours and has ‘difficult’ sections so definitely not my cup of tea as it’s got to be basically uphill. Tony cycles away to the national park to do a longer one on his own and I happily stay where I am enjoying the sunshine and my kindle.

He keeps me up to date with progress with lovely photos of what I’m missing.

Early evening we enjoy chicken salad and rice and a cold beer. Manage to sit outside until about 9pm when it starts getting cold.

GOT again in the van before bed.

A sunny holiday kind of day.
