Travelling north west this time to Blois in the Loire Valley. On the way we stop off at our fave supermarket in France Leclerc for a supplies top up.

The site is right on the River Loire. It looks very different to last year when the river was so low you could almost walk across it. It’s choppy and grey.

The sun comes out a bit for our now regular very late lunch. It’s a bit windy outside and starts to rain so we take cover.

A early evening g&t sitting outside in the sun and wind now the rain has passed.

We take a walk down to the river. T tries skipping stones but only managed 4 hops today. He’s blaming his tools.

Home made rather yummy enchiladas for dinner watching the final three episodes of series three of The Witcher.
